With our over 30 years of experience we can help match a design professional to your dream home. We generate a preliminary budget based on the scope of work described by the owner prior in our initial meeting to spending any money on design. If this meets the client’s budget we enter into a preconstruction services agreement, generate some preliminary drawings, and then do an estimate to make sure we are tracking along within budget. After that there are usually some changes that are made to the design, some final “tweaking” is done to meet the budget, and then we are able to complete the plans by creating construction documents to begin building.
