We have set up this website to assist you in finding out information about the remodeling process, design help, budgeting, information about our company, and contact information.

For many customers this is their first time doing remodeling  and they're not sure who to contact or where to begin and they are searching for information. Other people are veteran remodelers who may have been referred by previous clients or met us a a remodeling show. We can answer many of your early questions such as where do we start and what is the process? We can walk you throught the planning and design, help you to establish a budget and determine the feasibility of what you are considering. 

We offer construction services as well as design/build options. We can tailor our approach to meet your needs and budget. We have worked with clients on a full service basis as well as with them doing or contracting some of the work themselves. Our ultimate goal is to help you be able to do the work you want while staying within your budget. We have a large team of design professionals, employees, and subcontractors to help you with your needs.

One of our previous Remodelers Home Tour entries involving a total gut out and remodel of the historic Maynard house on Division Street. MBK Constructors won a Historic District Commission award from the city of Ann Arbor for this project and had over 1000 visitors over the weekend. We made a lot of new friends and a number of them who became MBK customers.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 1995 and has been responsible for providing outstanding construction solutions ever since. Our specialty is in the area of remodeling and repair. We are Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS), and do many structural repairs and foundation work.
